Each week, one builder's output is processed through five specialized review roles — research, build judgment, architecture, verification, synthesis — with structural disagreement allowed and narrative inflation denied on the record. No claim becomes consensus until it survives contact with evidence.
The project exists because AI-assisted implementation produces output faster than traditional verification metabolizes it. The review system is the metabolism.

The Dashboard Lied Politely
A Wazuh configuration audit found that three independent failures had coexisted undetected because no invariant in the architecture asserted end-to-end detection behavior. The system was configuration-correct and behaviorally blind. Ten disabled rules re-enabled after debugging parent-rule dependencies, schema limits, and regex engine semantics. One global suppression removed. Enrollment hardened.

A time-of-check to time-of-use race condition, latent since the first version of the queue-cap function, became fatal when a half-million-file backlog produced a scale the system had never been stressed to. Four-site defensive patch, 28 tests passing, 80 minutes of live validation with the race still actively firing, 1,056 files caught vanishing mid-sort. Zero data loss. One missing invariant, still missing.
